Today was my first day of sales at my job. I did horribly the first part of the day, mainly because I had a customer that wanted me to help him select all the parts for the computer he wanted to build himself. On top of that he got all items that were on sale and didn't get any extended warranties with any of it, which left me with nothing to show for the hours I spent helping him. The rest of the morning went pretty bad, everthing was real slow and I had two other associates steal some customers from me.

The second half of the day went well for me however, sales starting picking back up in the afternoon, and after work I went over to a friend's house to chill. I ended up staying with him and some other friends until 10:30 at night. The later part of the night was spent trying to fix a pipe in his car, but he needs some new heads to completely fix it up. We told jokes to each other, especially white / mexican racist jokes. Lucky for me I was hanging with mexicans that don't get offended over stereotypical jokes.

I hope tomorrow will start out a lot better then today did. If I can get on a roll, I won't ever stop. I'll sell everything in that store, and then I'll sell the store itself. I just really need the money right now. I have debt that needs to be paid off, a pre-saved sum of money for my move out to Bakersfield in january, and bills I just wish would go away for just one month. I haven't been sleeping well lately, a lot of stress can do that I guess. Last night I only for 3 hours of sleep, and then had to get up at 5am to get ready for work. Tonight I'll sleep better though, the lack of sleep the last few nights will knock me out long before 3am.
